Privacy Policy

Overview

INFRA Contractor Network ("INFRA," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website to provide information about our contractor-focused platform and to collect business inquiries from contractors and prospective partners. This policy describes the information we collect and how we use it.

This policy does not claim certifications or compliance frameworks that have not been implemented. If our practices change, we will update this page.

Information we collect

We may collect information you voluntarily submit through forms, including:

  • Name, company name, work email, and phone number
  • Website, city, state, and trade category
  • Ordinary business details such as years in business, approximate revenue range, sales team size, and areas of interest
  • Messages and partnership inquiry details
  • Consent acknowledgements associated with form submissions

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, consumer financial information, homeowner credit information, banking credentials, or other sensitive personal financial data through this website.

How we use contact information

We use submitted information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and follow up on network interest
  • Assess fit for contractor resources or partner introductions
  • Operate, improve, and secure the website
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

Analytics and cookies

We may use first-party cookies or similar technologies required for basic site function. Third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) and affiliate/Impact tracking scripts are prepared for configuration but are not enabled until environment identifiers are supplied. When enabled, those tools may collect usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referral source according to their own policies.

Partner referral links and affiliate tracking

This site may include links to third-party partner properties. When affiliate or referral tracking is active, partners or networks (including Impact or similar platforms) may receive information about qualifying clicks or actions. INFRA may receive compensation from certain partners when users take qualifying actions through links on this site.

Financing applications, credit decisions, underwriting, and merchant approval — if any — are handled by the applicable third-party provider, not by INFRA.

Data storage and third-party services

Form submissions are processed on our servers and stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Hosting and related infrastructure may be provided by Vercel and other service providers that process data on our behalf. Access to submission data is restricted to authorized personnel and service roles required to operate the platform.

Retention

We retain inquiry and lead data for as long as needed to respond to requests, manage partnerships, and meet operational or legal requirements, after which it may be deleted or anonymized.

Your contact rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the details on our Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Children

This website is directed to businesses and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
